I wanted to share a quick look I did last night with my beautiful line sister Ashley. She allowed me to be a little adventurous and try something she normally doesn't wear. Hope ya'll like it!
First, I took the Elf Eyelid Primer and dabbed it on both eyelids. This helps to keep the eyeshadow on all night and keeps it from creasing. I have been experimenting with eyeshadow primers especially when I go to the club. I want my makeup to stay on all night and having a primer really helps. I placed my MAC Paintpot in Groundworks over the primer and smoothed it on quickly with my finger.
I then used the blue-purple shadow with a crease brush and placed it on her lash line. I took the black shadow and blended the blue into the black. I took the most vibrant purple in the palette and blended it into the crease. I finished with the copper colored shadow as a highlight.
Items used:
88 Coastal Scents Eyeshadow Palette
Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara
MAC Optimistic Orange Cream Blush
Elf Eyeshadow Primer
MAC Paintpot in Groundworks
Revlon Brow Fantasy

ReplyDeleteCrazyMary: Thanks so much! I do plan on having videos but I decided I will dedicate at least 2 months to being committed to just posting blogs. That way I have enough money saved up for a good camera! I love watching tutorials so I am always taking notes and practicing! Stay tuned to see what's to come!
ReplyDeleteReally a very nice choice of colors. Her eyebrows are really nice also. most men don't notice eyebrows. Then again, I'm not most men. lol Great blog keep up the great work.
ReplyDeleteZaiyahoo7: thanks for the comment! brows frame the face so they are extremely important! maybe we can do a collaboration on your show and my blog! you could talk about men's perception of women that wear makeup! (if you haven't already)! thanks again!
